Catholic Men's Shop Return Policy
We’re a small, family-run shop, and every order means so much to us. With help from our logistics partner, 5 Stones, a Catholic 501(c)(3), we work hard to bring you meaningful, high-quality products. We’re not Amazon, and 5 Stones isn’t a mega-warehouse. Our mission is personal, and so is our process, so while we can’t offer "try before you buy" returns, we’re here to help if something truly doesn’t work out. Here’s how our returns work:
Defective or Damaged Items: Let us know within 30 days, and we’ll replace or refund it—no hassle.
Standard Returns:
- Accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging and labels intact for resale.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- A 7% restocking fee applies.
Return Instructions
- Submit a return request through your account or our returns page.
- If approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions.
- Properly package your item to avoid damage during shipping.
